Hi! My name is Abby, and I started Lilac Piano Studio & Services after 10 years of teaching. I offer piano lessons at my home studio in Lombard, Illinois.

I focus on teaching the fundamentals of music through piano. With my teaching style, I emphasize reading music, understanding rhythm, a solid foundation of theory, and an appreciation for musicality. These are skills that transfer across any instrument.
I typically work with kids starting at age 5 all the way through the end of high school. I also work with adult beginners.

Yes! As well as being a veteran piano teacher, I am also an apprentice piano technician. I can help you with routine tunings and basic repairs at a competitive rate.
